The Vintu Foundation and the European Federation of Journalists (EFJ), a regional group of the International Federation of Journalists (IFJ), announced two new journalism prizes for Europe today. The ethical journalism prize is open to journalists under the age of 30 and the investigative journalism prize is open to all journalists.

The ethics prize seeks to promote diversity and tolerance in journalism. The investigative prize recognizes reporting that exposes malpractice, corruption and abuse of power.
